Quoridea Refund Policy
Draft for review. This document may change before paid plans open.
Version 0.1, 2026-10-28. Provider: Mitikasha LLC ("Quoridea").
1. Try before you pay
Every organization starts with a free 30-day trial, with no payment details needed. Please use the trial to make sure Quoridea fits before you subscribe.
2. Payment processing
All Quoridea payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as our merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, tax, invoicing and refunds on our behalf. Prices exclude VAT and sales tax, which are added at checkout where applicable.
3. 14-day refund window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a subscription, monthly or annual.
4. Billing errors
At any time, if you were charged incorrectly (a duplicate charge, a wrong amount or a charge after cancellation), we refund the incorrect charge.
5. Band changes
Moving up to a larger employee band takes effect at once and is invoiced at once, prorated for the rest of the period. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal; the band you have paid for stays available until then, and no partial refund is issued for it.
6. What is not refunded
Outside sections 3 and 4, we do not refund renewal charges you could have cancelled before the renewal date, unused time after you cancel (you keep access until the end of the paid period), or subscriptions ended for a breach of our Terms of Service.
7. How to cancel or ask for a refund
Cancel at any time from the billing link in your receipt; access continues to the end of the paid period. For a refund, write to support@quoridea.com from the billing contact's address, with the Paddle order number if you have it. We answer within 3 business days. Approved refunds are paid through Paddle to the original payment method, in the original currency, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
